Refund Policy

At Klenzing Mindz, we want every purchase to support your wellness journey. If something isn’t aligning with your expectations, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our apparel, oracle/tarot decks, and herbal products.

 1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, seals, and components are intact

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Some items have special rules—see below.

2. Apparel Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on apparel that is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of scents, stains, or damage

  • Returned with original tags

If the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours so we can make it right.

3. Oracle & Tarot Decks

Due to the spiritual and collectible nature of these items, oracle and tarot decks are only eligible for return if they are unopened and still sealed.

Opened decks cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Herbal Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, herbal products, teas, oils, tinctures, and wellness blends are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once opened.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days.

If your herbal product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can replace it.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue store credit depending on the situation.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the error was ours

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

8. Final Sale Items

The following items are non‑refundable:

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Opened tarot/oracle decks

  • Opened herbal products
